Strength in Body & Mind
I've compiled 15+ yrs. of training experience with Equinox Health Clubs and then serving in the U.S. Army Infantry earning the ARMY Master Fitness Certification (MFT).
​
Now retired, I've completed a Bachelor of Health Science
at the New York Institute of Technology.
Earned the Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist certification (CSCS), one of the most difficult and most respected certifications in the fitness industry in 2020.
​
And, successfully completed the National Boards for Health & Wellness Coaching, administered by the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME) in 2021.
​
Still choosing to serve the United States, I work for the Dept. of Veteran Affairs as a Health & Wellness Coach counseling Veterans & Active-duty service members on the importance of a balanced approach to health, that includes physical fitness, sustainable meal planning,
and proper mental health and stress management skills.
